Our team is headed by James Bridgland, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner (CMIOSH). With over 35 years of experience, James provides a level of seniority and insight that our clients—including some of the UK’s largest property owners—rely on for their most complex challenges.

He is supported by Giles Maude, who brings 25 years of surveying experience in the commercial and house-building sectors, and Richard Woolard, a specialist in construction site audits with 27 years of industry experience.

Many of our larger clients retain us as their "competent person" under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations. We become an extension of your team, visiting regularly to monitor the environment and provide guidance on emerging issues.
