Our practice is led by Barrie Morgan MRICS MCIOB, who brings over 25 years of practical experience to every instruction. Unlike many consultants, our roots are in the 'hands-on' world of conservation building. Before establishing this rural practice in 1998, Barrie served as MD and surveyor for a specialist conservation firm, working on prestigious Grade I sites such as Warwick Castle and Barlaston Hall.

This background means we don't just spot defects; we understand the craftsmanship required to fix them. We offer a unique perspective that combines professional RICS standards with deep practical knowledge of traditional construction methods.
