In 2018, our three directors—Suzanne Palmer, Gavin Derriman, and Nick Harvey—acquired the business in a management buyout. Having served as senior property managers for many years, they have over 50 years of collective experience dealing with the day-to-day challenges of the industry.

Because we have no sleeping partners or outside investors, our focus remains entirely on our clients. You will often find our directors personally involved in resolving complex issues, ensuring that our service never falls short of the high standards we set for ourselves.

While HES Estate Management began trading under its current name in 2017, our roots go back much further. We evolved from Huggins Edwards & Sharp, a firm that can trace its history back to 1798.
