Keith’s career began at the Valuation Office, and he later led the Specialist Services Department at a major London partnership. As a former Chairman of the Compulsory Purchase Association and an accredited mediator, he brings a level of insight and authority that is rare in the industry.

Working alongside Keith is Samantha McMahon (MRICS), who brings over 15 years of substantive experience. Having worked at Transport for London on the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects—including Crossrail and HS2—Samantha understands exactly how acquiring authorities think. This "inside track" allows us to foresee issues before they arise and proactively manage impacts to your advantage.
