We are PAARL Property Consultants, an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Valuers dedicated to providing clear, honest, and professional property advice across the Midlands. Our team is led by Jim Roberts BSc (Hons) MRICS, an RICS Registered Valuer with over 25 years of experience in the local property market. Jim’s career has spanned from sole practices to Director level at Savills, giving him a unique perspective on everything from local asset management to high-stakes corporate valuations.
In 2021, we were joined by Lesley Bunting, former Head of Estates at Wolverhampton and Dudley Breweries. Lesley brings a wealth of knowledge in landlord and tenant work, agency, and local government consultancy, ensuring our clients benefit from a truly diverse range of expertise.
