Our business is built on the extensive experience of our founders, Jodie and Paul Simmons. Jodie brings 19 years of specialist knowledge to the table; she is MIRPM qualified and an AssocRICS member. Her background spans everything from small converted houses to complex mansion blocks and social housing.

Paul Simmons (MSc, BSc Hons) has been a fixture in the property industry since 2001. His perspective as a property investor and developer means we approach management with a sharp eye for value and long-term asset protection.
