Established in 2006, our team brings together over 100 years of professional experience in the property industry. Led by James Plant and John Thomson

Our practice is driven by the hands-on expertise of our directors:

  • James Plant BSc (Hons) FRICS: A Fellow of the RICS with 40 years of experience across London and Sussex. Jim specialises in building surveying, project management, and residential valuations. When he's not on-site, you'll likely find him fishing.
  • John Thomson BSc (Hons) MRICS: With 30 years in the industry, John is an expert in building surveying, collective enfranchisements, and lease extensions. He loves the outdoors and hunting for fossils on the beach with his children.
  • Joanne Keen: A director with 25 years of property experience, ensuring our practice runs with precision. Jo has a fascinating passion for Egyptology and regularly attends lectures on the Ancient Kingdom.
