Three Decades of Professional Expertise

Our founder, Emma Cox, has been a Chartered Building Surveyor since 1991 and is an RICS Registered Valuer. Her career began in the fast-paced commercial sectors of leisure and retail, where she honed her skills in project management and complex building pathology.

Since 2006, we have focused exclusively on residential property. This blend of commercial rigour and residential expertise means we catch the details others might miss.
