We operate differently. We only work with private local clients and refuse to be pressured by timeframes that force a rushed job. Our reports are written in plain English—we even have a "jargon jar" in the office to ensure our advice is clear and actionable. If we use a word only a solicitor would understand, we owe the jar 50p. (It’s currently empty).
