Our team is spearheaded by Justin Whitelaw (BSc Hons, LLM, FRICS, FCInstCES), a Fellow of the RICS and the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors. With a legal background and a proven track record in major international infrastructure, Justin specialises in mobilising commercial teams that work collaboratively while strictly adhering to contract requirements.

Supporting our pre- and post-contract commissions is Richard Careless, an expert Quantity Surveyor and Estimator. Richard brings deep experience in:
