Meet Mark: A Highly Qualified Professional

When you hire us, you are hiring a surveyor with a deep bench of credentials. Mark achieved Chartered status (MRICS) in 2000 and is also a Chartered Building Engineer with the CABE.

His background includes:

  • Expert Witness: Extensive experience in valuation matters.
  • Asbestos Specialist: Holds the BOHS P402 Certificate in Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos.
  • RPSA Member: Active member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association.

Which Survey is Right for Your New Home?

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all. We offer two distinct levels of reporting tailored to the specific property you are buying:

  1. The Level 2 Homebuyer Report: Best for conventional properties built within the last 125 years that are in reasonable condition, including flats and maisonettes.
  2. The Level 3 Building Survey: Essential for larger properties, buildings over 125 years old, or those in need of significant refurbishment. This provides a thorough inspection of every element.
