Our firm is led by Adrian, an Associate Member of RICS with two decades of experience across the commercial property sector. Adrian’s career has been defined by managing high-stakes, complex environments where precision is non-negotiable.
Before founding Lockwood Building Projects, Adrian managed the Barbican Art Gallery and oversaw its £2.1m refurbishment. He was also a core member of the team that developed the award-winning Centre of the Cell—the first science exhibition centre located inside a working medical laboratory. This background in complex, technical, and heritage-sensitive projects ensures that we bring a unique level of detail to every survey and renovation we touch.
