Led by Robin Riches & Grant Walker

Our firm was founded by two industry veterans who believe that local knowledge is the key to accurate surveying.

• Robin Riches qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989. With a background at Fox & Sons and years spent as an investment agent for pension funds and high-net-worth individuals, Robin brings a deep understanding of development and retail. He even spent a decade lecturing on RICS-accredited degree courses at Solent University.
• Grant Walker qualified in 1999. After a decade in London’s valuation and investment agency sectors, he established a property investment company in Surrey.

Together, they lead a team where every valuation is carried out by a Registered Valuer with at least 20 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
