From Apprentice Mason to Chartered Surveyor
Our Director, Tom Blewett MRICS, brings a unique perspective to the table. Having started his career 20 years ago as an Apprentice Mason before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, he understands the practical realities of a building site as well as the complex financial structures behind it.
This "ground-up" experience allows us to provide a well-rounded service that bridges the gap between the design team and the contractor. We are supported by Roger Hicks, a consultant with 40 years of industry experience, ensuring that every project we touch benefits from decades of technical expertise.
