Our firm is built on the reputations of our founding partners. Peter Smolka brings a unique perspective from his background in the City of London’s financial markets and over 30 years of investment business in Scotland, including a long tenure at Hillier Parker.
Guy Strachan is a Chartered Surveyor who has practiced as both a principal and an adviser for 35 years. His career spans leadership roles at Standard Life, Colliers International, and Avison Young. Together, we offer a blend of institutional rigour and entrepreneurial agility.
