Our firm was established in 2008 by James Burke, who started his career at Savills and has advised both private and commercial clients for over 25 years. James is a Fellow of the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association (ISVA) and a Chartered Building Engineer.
Andrew Bennett joined the leadership team to bring his extensive background in building consultancy and large-scale maintenance projects. Having worked for international property consultancies, Andrew specialises in identifying the structural "red flags" that could save you thousands in future repair costs.

Beyond our RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, we are Target approved specialists. If you are looking to sell or repay your equity loan, we provide the independent RICS Valuation Reports required by the Help to Buy scheme.
