After nearly 20 years managing major municipal projects, Phil established this practice to provide a more personal, specialist service. Today, we are a family-run Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) that combines Phil’s deep industry roots with the modern, forward-thinking approach of his son, Stephen Cane.
