Master-Level Thermography & Drone Technology

We are proud to offer services that go far beyond the visual. Richard is a Level 3 Master Thermographer, the highest level of certification available. This allows us to use thermal imaging to identify hidden defects—such as missing insulation, damp ingress, and thermal bridging—that a standard survey would simply miss.

To complement this, we are fully certified commercial drone operators (A2 C of C). We use high-specification drones for:

• Aerial Thermal Imaging: Identifying heat loss and defects in large-scale commercial and industrial roofs.
• High-Level Inspections: Accessing chimneys, guttering, and roof coverings that are otherwise inaccessible without expensive scaffolding.

Our story began in 1988, where Richard spent a decade training under his father, Trevor Bedford RIBA. This foundation in architectural technical design using traditional pen and ink evolved into a career that has spanned the globe—including site management for the iconic 'Atlantis' resort in The Bahamas.
