Our firm is led by Martin Goode, a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) who has been self-employed since 1992. Martin’s career didn't start in an office; he served his time as a quantity surveyor and architectural technician before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor.

This diverse background gives us a unique "under the skin" understanding of property. We don't just see a wall; we understand the costs, the materials, and the structural integrity behind it. Over the past 18 years, we have focused this expertise into specialising in RICS Home Survey Reports and Valuations.

As RICS Registered Valuers, we provide "Red Book" valuations. This is the quality assurance mechanism that ensures consistent standards across the industry.
