Our founder, Tom Gooding BA (Hons) MSc MRICS, brings a unique perspective to the firm. Having started his career at a practical level within the construction industry, he possesses an innate ability to engage with contractors and spot issues that others might miss. This "boots on the ground" experience is shared by our entire technical team:
