Our business is driven by the expertise of our Managing Director, Sean Emmett BSc MRICS. With over 38 years in the industry, Sean has spent the last 16 years at Director level, overseeing Commercial, Operations, and Development for large-scale groundworks and development firms.

Supporting him is Karen King, our Executive Assistant, who brings 26 years of construction knowledge to our daily operations. Together, we offer a knowledge base that is second to none, ensuring our clients receive advice that provides genuine value.
