Our commitment to excellence is best demonstrated by our work at Hill Farm in Foxton. This development of fifteen affordable dwellings was awarded the LABC Award for Best Social or Affordable New Housing Development.

For this project, we didn't just provide architectural services; we managed the quantity surveying, project management, and SAP assessments. By adopting a "partnered contract" approach, we fostered a collaborative environment that saw the project completed ahead of schedule and under budget. The design reflected the local agricultural heritage—using barn-style aesthetics and traditional materials—while achieving an EPC Band B rating through the use of air source heat pumps and triple glazing.
