One of our most sought-after niches is Council Tax Appeals. Peter Wilkinson has been handling these complex cases since the tax was introduced in 1993. We have managed over 500 appeals against the Assessor and Valuation Office, helping clients challenge new entries, improvements, and changes of use.

We offer a rare depth of experience in the telecommunications and utilities sectors. Having worked directly for major operators like Atlantic Telecom and Hutchison 3G, we now use that inside knowledge to protect the interests of landowners.
We handle everything from new lease negotiations and equipment upgrades to Wayleaves for overhead power lines, pipelines, and onshore wind farms. Our role as a Senior Land Officer for utility-related acquisitions ensures our clients receive professional representation in even the most technical land reference matters.
