  • Paul Kingscote (MRICS): Qualified in 1988, Paul brings over 30 years of survey and valuation experience. Having been a partner in independent practices and worked for large corporate firms, he founded Bristol & Bath Surveyors to provide a more tailored, client-focused service.
  • Benjamin Keay (MRICS): Qualified in 1997, Benjamin has 25 years of experience in the local area. His background as a Director in independent practice ensures our clients receive high-level strategic advice.
