Our story began in 1978 when Norman Smithers and Graham Purslow opened our first office in Oakham. What started as a specialist engineering firm quickly evolved. By the 1980s, we were recognized as the UK’s leading subsidence experts, a legacy that continues today as we serve major insurers and private clients nationwide from our Glaston headquarters and regional hubs.
In 2022, we joined the Gateley legal and professional services group, further strengthening our ability to provide comprehensive support across the entire property lifecycle.
