We are a RICS-accredited multidisciplinary practice dedicated to creating and maintaining better buildings for the people and communities who rely on them. Whether we are navigating moonlit crossings to Caldey Island for heritage surveys or investigating complex defects in London’s high-rises, our approach remains the same: methodical, professional, and deeply committed to excellence.

- Heritage & Conservation: We are currently managing the Building Fabric Condition Surveys and 10-year Forward Maintenance Plans for the historic Caldey Island estate in Pembrokeshire.
- High-Rise Specialists: We engage with developers and freeholders to resolve complex defects in high-rise buildings, utilizing targeted investigations to navigate layered building systems and complex access.
- Healthcare Excellence: We recently supported the delivery of a highly specialised cytotoxic and aseptic pharmacy suite—one of the most technically demanding healthcare environments to deliver.
Digital Innovation: Scan to BIM
We believe in turning reality into reliable digital models. Our Scan to BIM service uses high-accuracy laser scanning to produce coordinated Revit models. This ensures that design teams have the most accurate data possible, reducing risk and improving efficiency for modern construction and development projects.

While our work takes us across the UK, our roots in South Wales are deep. We are currently delivering a major Whole Home Assessment programme in partnership with leading housing associations, generating vital data to improve living standards for thousands of residents.
