Why 30 Years of Experience Matters
Our lead surveyor began in the industry in 1988, qualifying with the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) in 2001 and becoming a full Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2003.

We have made a conscious decision not to offer the Level 2 RICS Homebuyer's Report. We believe that for most buyers, a more comprehensive approach is necessary.
Our Level 3 Building Surveys are independent and bespoke. They include:
