Led by Eleni Marshall: A Dual-Qualified Specialist
Our director, Eleni Marshall, brings a rare level of expertise to your project. As a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI), she understands both the technicalities of planning law and the commercial realities of property value.
