William Bradley (BSc Hons, MRICS, CUEW) qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992. His career has seen him value everything from standard residential homes to iconic landmarks like the Cutty Sark in Greenwich, Biggin Hill Airport, and the Maritime Museum. With a background in both the public sector and major private firms like CB Richard Ellis, William provides our clients with an elite level of insight into statutory valuations and commercial asset management.

Jason Harris (MRICS) joined the firm in 1988 and has spent over 25 years mastering the technical side of building pathology. Jason is our lead for building surveys, party wall matters, and schedules of dilapidations. His unique dual role as a Director of a construction and development company allows him to offer a "single point of contact" for clients looking to alter, extend, or build from scratch, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.
