Our practice is led by Innes Aitken DipBS MRICS LETAPAEWE, a Chartered Building Surveyor with a career spanning over two and a half decades. Before establishing our independent firm, Innes led building surveying departments for major firms across Dundee and Aberdeen.
We bring that high-level corporate experience to a more personal, boutique setting. We believe in a "pre-emptive" approach—identifying potential defects or legal hurdles before they become costly delays.
