We also recognise that the best way to manage future liability is to prevent it. That’s why we provide pre-occupancy Schedules of Condition and early-stage condition reports that highlight unforeseen costs before you ever sign a lease or purchase agreement.

We don't just survey buildings; we help transform them. Using the latest CAD software and 3D modelling, we provide a complete design service for alterations and extensions. We take the stress out of the construction process by managing:

As the industry moves toward a greener future, we also ensure your portfolio remains compliant. We have been providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for non-domestic properties since 2009, and we are fully qualified to undertake Section 63 assessments and Display Energy Certificates (DECs).
