A significant portion of our work involves acting for landlords and tenants at the critical juncture of lease termination. We are specialists in Schedules of Dilapidations, where we negotiate repairing liabilities to reach satisfactory conclusions for our clients.

We also recognise that the best way to manage future liability is to prevent it. That’s why we provide pre-occupancy Schedules of Condition and early-stage condition reports that highlight unforeseen costs before you ever sign a lease or purchase agreement.

Design, Refurbishment, and Energy Compliance

We don't just survey buildings; we help transform them. Using the latest CAD software and 3D modelling, we provide a complete design service for alterations and extensions. We take the stress out of the construction process by managing:

As the industry moves toward a greener future, we also ensure your portfolio remains compliant. We have been providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for non-domestic properties since 2009, and we are fully qualified to undertake Section 63 assessments and Display Energy Certificates (DECs).
