    Application for a Non-Material amendment following a grant of Planning Permission ref: 15/06211/FUL (Erection of a single storey rear and side infill extension with glass roof and skylight) granted on 11.01.2016.Amendment sought: This amendment relates to the design of glazing for the rear extension. The existing planning permission shows a ground floor infill of the rear courtyard to match the neighbouring properties, and a 1.5m extension to the rear line of the property on the ground floor level. The extant permission is for a single rooflight in the infill area, and a "conservatory" style roof glazing and sliding glass doors for the rear extension. We are proposing to change theglazing component of the rear extension to comprise: a flat roof with three rooflights, narrower sliding doors with a wider wall to each side: LHS with small opening window for ventilation, RHS to allow for drainpipes. This will unify the appearance, and provides a better mix of glazing and ventilation for the space. Note that these changes do not increase the footprint or height of the approved extension
