In relation to the above project we have discussed and agreed some minor changes with the Building Control Inspector and he advised me to drop you a note to confirm. We have made some internal layout alterations to facilitate omitting the stairwell bulkhead protruding from the rear of the existing garage thus making it more aesthetically pleasing. In essence we are leaving the existing roof as it is. We have omitted the ground floor side window and increased the size of the bi-fold door to the rear.
