We took over the property in January 2023 and identified a tree in the front garden that appeared to be dead. Having given the tree sufficient time to come into leaf, it is apparent that the tree has died. Identification of the tree is unknown as the tree has not come into leaf. Therefore we are looking to remove the tree completely and are looking to replace it with a small ornamental garden tree.
