    Tree WorksTrees
    In report

T1 - Leyland Cypress Works - Remove Reason - Unsuitable species for location. T2 - Cherry Works - Remove lead over garage, Crown reduce remaining canopy by 15% approx. 2m from tips. Reason - Southern growth of the tree is causing excessive shade to the patio area and problems with the tiled garage roof. Maintenance above the tiled roof is problematic so reducing spread in this direction will allow for safer more efficient future management. The crown reduction will also aid in controlling the size and impact of the tree on the property. T3 - Sycamore Works - Remove Reason - Weak tight union at base, the tree is not occluding the weak union correctly to reduce the risk of failure. As the tree increases in size the forces on the weak union increase and failure becomes more likely. It is considered that the potential of damage / risk to safety in the event of failure does not warrant retention.
