West Hougham is one of the main settlements in the civil parish of Hougham Without, located between Dover and Folkestone in the Dover district of Kent, England. The parish also includes Church Hougham, and the two villages are collectively known simply as "Hougham". Great Hougham Court Farm lies to the south of the villages, near the Dover transmitting station. The Channel Tunnel runs underground just south of West Hougham and directly under both Church Hougham and the farm. In 2011 the parish had a population of 463.
