Replacement of the existing roof parapet capping. 5. Adaptation of existing ducts, adding new metal fire-rated sleeving and new ventilation grilles and covers to all existing services that pass through the new EWI system. 6. Replacement of existing windows with new double-glazed uPVC windows. 7. Installation of fire barriers made of non-combustible material at every floor level above the second floor, plus vertically at party walls. (Partially retrospective)
