T1: Horse Chestnut - Fell & Grind. Upon inspection of the tree I suspect that the fungus I have seen at the base of the tree could be Kretzschmaria Deusta therefore this would suggest the possibility of internal decay resulting in high potential for complete tree failure. As this tree has got a heavy lean in it and is aiming towards both the house and road.
