    Retrospective Application. Removal of conifers to allow drainage work to alleviate flooding. Please find attached a location plan showing the extent of the working area marked in red and the line of the drain that was worked in order to relieve the flooding marked in blue. The landowner is intent on replanting like with like (which looks to be wholly Norway spruce) wherever viable retaining access to maintain the drain. .I confirm that this is a retrospective notification. I understand that the total volume felled to 7cm was less than 5 cubic metres so a Felling Licence was not sought.
