As per our communications with Tarek Ball, we need to completely remove a diseased cherry tree in our front garden. We have consulted 3 tree surgeons / specialist wanting to save the tree, however they all agree it must be removed for the safety of our property, ourselves and any family and any general public users of the car park and grass area directly outside side our property, directly under the cherry tree.
The Cottage's sale-price growth has lagged the wider UK trajectory across its history on file.
