Deeside Industrial Park, Deeside, CH5 2NY

Deeside Industrial Park is situated in the Deeside region of Flintshire and Cheshire, on the England–Wales border near the canalised stretch of the River Dee that flows from Chester into the Dee Estuary. The area is predominantly industrial, with the park lying just south of the River Dee and adjacent to the town of Connah’s Quay. Connah’s Quay itself is the largest settlement in the region, with a population of around 17,500, and is part of a larger conurbation that includes Shotton, Queensferry, Aston, Garden City, Sealand, Broughton, Bretton, Hawarden, Ewloe, Mancot, Pentre, Saltney and Sandycroft. Together, these towns and villages support a combined population of roughly 50,000 residents. The industrial park benefits from proximity to the River Dee and the surrounding towns, while the broader Deeside area offers a blend of riverfront scenery and industrial activity.
