The parish encompasses the villages of Sinderland Green, Dunham Woodhouses and Dunham Town, together with the historic Dunham Massey Hall and its surrounding parkland. The hall, once the home of the last Earl of Stamford, has been owned by the National Trust since 1976 and remains a key landmark within the parish.
