Paul is a village that is part of the civil parish of Penzance in Cornwall, England. It lies within the built-up area of Penzance, which had a population of 14,960 at the 2021 census, and the wider parish had 20,734 residents. The village is situated near the coast, with Penzance itself being a port town that faces south‑east onto the English Channel and sits in the shelter of Mount’s Bay. Penzance railway station, the terminus of the Cornish Main Line, is the southernmost and westernmost station in England. Paul is located 9 miles (14 km) east of Land’s End and 64 miles (103 km) west‑southwest of Plymouth, and 255 miles (410 km) west‑southwest of London.
