Croxby is a hamlet and former civil parish in the West Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. It is situated approximately 5 miles (8.0 km) east from the town of Caistor. In 1931 the parish had a population of 77. On 1 April 1936 the parish was abolished and merged with Thoresway. The locality is now part of the parish of Thoresway and remains a small rural community within the postal district LN 7.
