North Tolsta is a village in the Scottish Outer Hebrides, on the east side of the Isle of Lewis. The settlement is within the parish of Stornoway and is noted for its long sandy beach, Traigh Mhor. At the end of this beach there are five caves, only visitable during low tide, locally known as "The Caves of Life." The village of Bail' Ùr Tholastaidh lies to the north.
