Ballygally is a village and holiday resort on the Antrim coast in Northern Ireland, lying approximately three miles north of Larne. It covers a townland of 769 acres and is part of the civil parish of Carncastle and the historic barony of Glenarm Upper. According to the 2011 census, the population was 821. The locality falls within the Mid and East Antrim Borough Council area.
