Wyndrush Pastures is situated south‑east of the village of Redberth, just south of the A477 road, and about five kilometres (3.1 miles) to the north‑west of the coastal town of Tenby in Pembrokeshire, South. The area falls within the historic extent of the Diocese of St Davids, a diocese of the Church in Wales and the Anglican Communion. The diocese covers Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, together with a small part of western Glamorgan. Its episcopal see is the Cathedral Church of St David in the City of St Davids, Pembrokeshire. The present cathedral, begun in 1181, stands on the site of a monastery founded in the 6th century by Saint David. This context places Wyndrush Pastures within a region rich in ecclesiastical heritage and close to the historic coastal town of Tenby, offering a rural setting with proximity to a notable Welsh town.
