The new Milton Road housing development and West Adderbury lie towards the southwest, while East Adderbury occupies the centre, featuring a village green and a manor house. Further east, a new housing development on Aynho Road extends the built‑up area. The northeastern part of the parish is known as Twyford, named after a small outlying settlement beside a forked section of the River Cherwell.
