Penrhyn Bay, Llandudno, LL30 3HS

Penrhyn Bay is a seaside town in Conwy county borough, situated within the parish or community of Llandudno and part of the ecclesiastical parish of Llanrhos. It lies east of the Little Orme and adjoins the resort of Rhos‑on‑Sea, covering a large part of the Creuddyn peninsula. The village is a prosperous residential suburb of Llandudno, featuring a cluster of local shops, a pub, a parish church and a modern medical centre with a doctors' surgery at the foot of the pass over the shoulder of the Little Orme from Llandudno Bay. Residents benefit from a Welsh‑medium primary school, Ysgol Glanwydden, and a secondary school, Ysgol y Creuddyn, both using the same medium of instruction. The Penrhyn Ward had a population of 4,883 at the 2011 census, reflecting a stable community within a scenic coastal setting.
