The parish contains the settlements of Holly Green, The Grove, Naunton, Ryall, Saxon's Lode, and Uckinghall. The historic Saxon's Lode Manor House is a Grade II listed building located in Ripple. At the 2011 census the combined population of the parish was 1,799. The area is characterised by its rural environment and proximity to the Severn, offering a peaceful living environment within reach of larger towns via the A38.
